Absolute Fire and Security recently fitted a wireless security alarm in our home. With the wide variety of products and options available in the marketplace, it can be a confusing or daunting process, and given the reasons that any of us decide to have a security alarm fitted in the first place, means that making a wrong decision is not an option. We wanted complete peace of mind when choosing our system. During the initial assessment visit, David’s high level of knowledge and years of experience was clear. Having explored all of the options, answered all of our questions and eliminated any concerns, we knew that we could go ahead with confidence. There had been a burglary in the area a few days prior and the guys at Absolute pulled out all of the stops to supply and fit our alarm within a few days of the initial site visit. During the fitting of the system, David and his colleague were disrupted much more by my household than we were of them. At no point were there tools left laying around and any mess that may have been made due to fitting was cleared up immediately. Dealing with these guys was a pleasure from start to finish. I would not hesitate in recommending David and Absolute Fire and Security to future prospects.

Dave installed an alarm and CCTV system at our home. We were very impressed with not only the work but the way he looked after our home, keeping it clean and tidy throughout the installation. We would not hesitate in recommending his company.

Dave did some electrical work at our house which is currently being renovated – he installed new sockets, changed the covers on existing sockets, installed two new spotlights (first fix before the plastering and finishing the work after the plastering was done), and also installed some ceiling lights including the very fiddly one pictured. He did a first-rate job – he was very professional and courteous, wearing a face mask throughout and also using shoe covers when walking on our new carpet, he was very patient with me when putting up the ceiling light to make sure it was just right, and all of the work was done perfectly. He was very communicative and showed up when he said he would (which doesn’t always happen in our now quite extensive experience of other tradespeople!). He provided his invoice and minor works certificate very promptly. We will be using Dave again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to others. Thanks, Dave!
