With the wide variety of products and options available in the marketplace, it can be a confusing or daunting process, and given the reasons that any of us decide to have a security alarm fitted in the first place, means that making a wrong decision is not an option. We wanted complete peace of mind when choosing our system. During the initial assessment visit, David’s high level of knowledge and years of experience was clear. Having explored all of the options, answered all of our questions and eliminated any concerns, we knew that we could go ahead with confidence. There had been a burglary in the area a few days prior and the guys at Absolute pulled out all of the stops to supply and fit our alarm within a few days of the initial site visit. During the fitting of the system, David and his colleague were disrupted much more by my household than we were of them.
